Kardashian - whose elimination shocked fans last week -- said she recently e-mailed May-Treanor, who officially dropped out on Monday to treat a ruptured Achilles tendon.
"She's doing OK. Her spirits are really good, but you know, I wouldn't wish that upon anyone," Kardashian added. "But hey, if they asked me back, I'm there!"I texted my partner Mark [Ballas] last night and said, 'Are you ready to back? Are we going back?'" she went on.
"He said, 'It's just rumors. They come up with these crazy stories. I don't know what's going on!'" Kardashian told Seacrest.

When Seacrest noted that it's suspicious Kardashian is back in Los Angeles (where the popular ABC show tapes), she laughed."I have asked all the dancers to give me some private lessons if they could
because I need it!" she said.
